- You are making a reservation directly with the hotel.
- Before making the reservation, make sure to check the hotel policy and cancellation policy.

.Early Arrival and late Departure or any extending of stay is completely subject to the
availability of that day & management’s discretion, requests should be made aware at the
time of reservation. Both are subject to availability and additional charges may be
applicable accordingly.
.In case rates change due to a revision in tax structure, below Special Rates will
change accordingly and will be borne by the organization/guest.
.The below Special Rates are offered to individual travellers. Group rates (20
rooms & above) are available upon request.
.Free stay for maximum 2 children below the age of 05 years with parents, sharing the
existing bed without any additional charge, includes no meal.
. 05 To 11 years children are chargeable with or without extra beds.
. Children of 12 years and above will be considered as an adult and will count as an
Extra person.
.Request you to carry a valid photo id and produce it at the time of check-in.
.For Resident Indians: Driving License, Voters ID, Passport or Aadhar card.
.For Foreigners and Non Resident Indians: Passport / Visa and Inner Line
Permit (ILP) all 3 are mandatory.
.In case the guest is not carrying any one of the above mentioned documents
the Hotel reserves the right to refuse room even if the guest is holding a
confirmed reservation.
.Please note that the hotel shall not accept ID cards in which non
availability of address on it.

.Free cancellation before 07 days prior to the date of arrival
.No refund on cancellation within 07 days of the date of arrival
.No refund on NO SHOW reservations.
.Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will
be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
5% of the booking amount will be charged in any case
